Dealing with uncertainty in predicting the flows of visitors in Romanian museums

Abstract Understanding museum visitors’ behavioral patterns may help in predicting their number of visits. The aim the research is to identify trend models associated with visitors, 2012-2019, 2 national museums top most visited Romania: National Museum Natural History “Grigore Antipa” Bucharest and “Peles” Sinaia forecast visitors these objects 2020 2021. Subsequently same methods were used analyze total Romania 2012-2019 for years method was that coefficients variation, which aimed determine forecasts through three types models: linear, quadratic exponential.
